Authorization for health data processing

By means of this document, I give my explicit consent to Fátima Maestu Ortega (DNI 02763302J) for the processing of my health-related data, under the following conditions: Purpose: Diagnostic evaluation, planning and execution of psychological treatment. Legitimation: Art. 9.2.a) GDPR – explicit consent of the interested party. Security measures: Encrypted storage, restricted access by password, confidentiality policies. Rights: I may revoke this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing.
