Data Controller

Purposes and legal bases
We collect and process the data you provide us for the following purposes: Management of appointments and psychological consultations (Art. 6.1.b GDPR – performance of a contract). Communication of relevant information and sending of reminders (Art. 6.1.f GDPR – legitimate interest).
Data categories
Identification data: name, surname, phone, and email. Health data: clinical history, reason for consultation, and session notes.
Recipients
We do not communicate your data to third parties, except legal obligation. In case of collaboration with external health professionals, the corresponding data processing agreement will be signed.
Retention periods
Administrative data: 5 years after the last visit (Law 16/2003 on Cohesion and Quality of the SNS). Clinical history: 10 years from discharge.
Rights of the interested party
You can exercise: access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, and opposition by sending an email to psicoterapiafatima@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
